Service Description

Notiwa provides a WhatsApp automation platform for API messaging, dashboard sends, campaigns, and workflow automation.

User Responsibilities

• No spam, fraud, abusive, or illegal use of the service.
• Compliance with applicable law and WhatsApp terms.
• Maintaining security of account credentials and API keys.

Credits and Billing

• Credits are consumed per message action as shown in pricing documentation.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where legally required or approved for technical error.
• Credit expiry, if any, is defined by your current plan terms.

Subscriptions

• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until end of paid period.

Limitation of Liability

Notiwa is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Notiwa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

WhatsApp Disclaimer

Notiwa uses web-based WhatsApp connectivity. Account quality and ban risk depend on usage behavior; users must follow responsible messaging practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction and venue: Gujarat, India.
